Have you had those times when you know that God is looking out for you? You have somehow escaped harm's way on such repeated occasions that it can't be dismissed as coincidence?
A team leader for our Turning Point ministry had routine sinus surgery 12 days ago. It all appeared to be routine until 4 days ago when she had much more than a nosebleed. Her husband was fortunately at home and took her to the ER; it was stopped and she was sent home.
It happened again 2 days ago, and he was fortunately at home AGAIN (just happened to take the day off of work) and took her to the ER again; this time he insisted that she be admitted. (To insist upon admission in our heath care environment is nearly a miracle in itself!)
Surgery was scheduled for yesterday afternoon, but yesterday morning, she started bleeding again! Nurses frantically and urgently cared for her; when a nurse is standing over you on the bed trying to get it to stop, it's clear they are big problems! She had emergency surgery to discover that an artery had been the source.
She is doing well, but she was emotionally shaken when I saw her last night. As Christians, we often nod that we understand the price Jesus paid. When we are faced with God's provision for our well being and his presence in our life, the love he has for us is overwhelming!
wow, scary. so glad they figured it out.

I am sooo happy to hear that they found out what was wrong and that she is okay. Very Scary that it took her how many times before they found what was wrong.
